Metso Secures Major Equipment Deal for Twin Hills Gold Project

Osino Resources Corp., a prominent exploration and development company in Namibia, has awarded Metso a significant contract to supply key process equipment for the Twin Hills gold project, located approximately 150 kilometres northwest of Windhoek, the capital city. The order, valued at over EUR 20 million, has been recorded in Metso’s Minerals segment’s second-quarter 2025 orders received.

The scope of Metso’s integrated equipment package includes advanced crushing and concentration technologies designed for the Twin Hills greenfield gold processing plant. The high-throughput crushing circuit will feature a Superior™ MKIII primary gyratory crusher, apron feeders and Nordberg® HP900™ cone crushers, ensuring efficient ore processing.

To support concentrate thickening and tailings dewatering, Metso will also deliver two HRT High Rate Thickeners equipped with Reactorwell™ feed technology, along with five Larox® FFP3512 filters. These units are part of the Metso Plus portfolio, renowned for delivering high performance and superior dewatering capacity.
