Cousins Steel International (Pty Ltd is a structural steel company specialising in the engineering design, fabrication, and supply of economical, industrial steel structures. These buildings may be adapted to a wide range of uses in the fields of commerce, industry and agriculture – suitable for factories, warehouses, cold storage facilities, workshops, sport, shopping and distribution centres, aircraft hangers, farm sheds, etc.

The structures are easily erected, and are both cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing. Architects, Engineers and Contractors enjoy almost limitless freedom of building design and function through the extensive choice of sizes and specifications offered.

Run by a structural engineer, the CSI offering spans across the design and supply sector, as well as the traditional tender projects. With in-house detailing, site teams, workshop painting, and new high tech laser fabrication technology we are geared towards all structural steel applications.

Notable projects for the last year include the 40,000sqm distribution facility for Takealot for Investec Property, the 25,000sqm facility for Coca-Cola Beverages SA, a 450m long pipe bridge over the Umzinto Valley, multiple structures to gold mines in Africa, and an impressive stadium roof for the Umzimkhulu Municipality.
